The core client paths

Where you are today

Choose the description that fits your situation. You will only be shown what applies to you, and you can always change direction.

A

Before the Passage

You do not have to wait until a death occurs to call Peaceful Passage.

For a person living with serious illness, changing health, hospice involvement, or a family who senses that preparation would reduce anxiety. We reduce uncertainty, organize wishes and people, create a first-call plan, and preserve time for connection.

B

Plan Ahead With Kim

Your wishes, written down, in your own words.

For people planning their own wishes, or helping someone plan long before an immediate need exists. Document preferences, understand options, organize practical information, and make future decisions easier for the people you trust.

C

A Death Has Occurred

You will not be asked to repeat yourself or figure this out alone.

Calm first-call guidance. We collect only the information needed for immediate action, arrange human contact promptly, and move forward at a pace you can manage.

D

Remember With Kim

A meaningful remembrance is still possible, whenever you are ready.

For those who have chosen cremation, already have cremated remains, had a service elsewhere, or now want to create something meaningful: a memorial, intimate gathering, legacy celebration, placement, burial, scattering, or anniversary remembrance.

E

Transfer & Multi-Location Care

One timeline, even when the people and places are far apart.

When the person, the body, cremated remains, the service, the burial, or the community of mourners are in different cities, states, or countries, we clarify geography, coordinate partners and timing, and preserve the story across every location.

F

Continuing Legacy & Remembrance

Remembrance does not end on the day of the service.

Define how remembrance should continue at one year, five years, ten years, on birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings. Anything we set up is always easy to change or stop.

G

Tender Care — Pregnancy, Infant & Child Loss

A gentler doorway into the same care, in your own words.

For families facing a child's serious or terminal illness, infant or child death, stillbirth, pregnancy loss, or another experience described in your own words. Family-chosen language, individualized planning, memory-making, age-appropriate family participation, and direct human support whenever you want it.
