Kim Congo Tucker · Licensed Funeral Director

Someone who will listen first

A person who reaches Peaceful Passage should feel calmer, less alone, less confused, and more capable of taking the next step. That is the whole standard.

Peaceful Passage exists to help people, and the people they trust, move through preparation, death, funeral or memorial care, final disposition, remembrance, and continuing legacy with greater clarity, dignity, choice, personal meaning, and peace.

Kim Congo Tucker is a Licensed Funeral Director whose work begins with listening. Not with forms, prices, or decisions, but with the question of what would help you feel a little less anxious today. From there, the two or three things that matter most become clear, and the rest can wait.

No assumptions are made about your family structure, faith, culture, finances, or wishes. You will be asked, and what you say will be written down and honored.

What you can expect

  • You can skip anything that does not apply to you.
  • You can stop, save your place, and return when you are ready.
  • You can ask for a person at any moment.
  • You will never be told how you should grieve.
  • You will never be pushed toward one correct way to honor someone.

The people around you

Whoever you choose counts as family

We never assume a spouse, children, or available relatives. You tell us who should be included, who should be called first, and what we may discuss with them.

Trusted Point Person

The person you want us to contact first, and who helps keep communication and the plan organized.

Circle of Care

Anyone you choose to include: family, chosen family, close friends, caregivers, neighbors, clergy, or other trusted people.

Backup Support Person

Who we contact if your Trusted Point Person cannot be reached.

Authorized Decision-Maker

A separate role for someone with legal authority. We never assume it, and we verify documentation when it matters.
